Heather has 24 years in government operations and public procurement experience. She served as the State of Michigan’s Information Technology Procurement Director from 2017 to 2020. In this position, she played a key role on a team that spearheaded one of the largest procurement transformation initiatives in the country. This effort placed Michigan in the #1 position for state procurement, as recognized by the Governing Institute in 2019.
